Demo of my Custom Jazzmaster HH, body by Robert, Dimarzio Super Distortion in the bridge, GFS FAT PAF in the neck, wired like a jazzmaster but with 500k pots instead of 1megs. I purposely play sloppy. I am the best guitar player of all time, if I played my best the camera would catch on fire and melt, so thats why I tone it down for the demos.

Those pups are perfect for overdriven leads, well balanced Full of dynamics and harmonics. With the neck pup we approach the gibson spirit, the bridge pup is near to a powerfull stratocaster. The association provides an unique sound.

The Offset Guitar Forum asked for quickie demos of guitars like this Fender USA '62 Thin Skin Sonic Blue Jazzmaster, so here it is, straight into my old 60's Epi tube combo.
Fender Elvis Costello Jazzmaster Demo. This time,I tried old funk style. Part 1 is played by no modified E.Costello JM. Part 2 is E.C.JM with Lollar Jazzmaster Pickups. The original Fender pickups are special designed for Costelo JM. Different from the current model (62 Vintage JM reissue) At first moment I played this,I thought Costello JM is much better than 62Reissue. Fat and extended highend. Soon I replaced the pickups to Lollar Jazzmaster pickups. Lollar pickups has higher output at mid-lo(around 300-400Hz?) range. So fatter and smoother than the original's. Recording configurations JM -Siegmund tube pre-Orange head -Axetrak-Trident 4T micpre-RME Fireface 800-Mac with Logic pro7.2 No plugin effects for the guitars except total reverb.

Showcasing the sounds of the AVRI JM on a clean setting. Played directly through a vintage Twin Reverb (volume 2, treble 5, mid 6, bass 4, reverb 3) You can get a good idea of what each pickup setting sounds like. I'm not trying to impress anyone with my sloppy playing, lol.
The fabulous wonderful and nice "Bambi Molesters" from Croatia playing their first gig since a year at the "Wassermusik" Festival in Berlin. Sat. 7/12/08 Wonderful evening! Great gig!!!
