The Beatles Revolution

"Eleanor Rigby" is a song by The Beatles, originally released on the album Revolver by EMI/Parlophone Records. The song was primarily written by Paul McCartney, although in an interview conducted with Playboy magazine in 1980 shortly before he died, John Lennon claimed that, at McCartney's request, he completed the lyrics to the second and third verse.

"All You Need Is Love" is a song written by John Lennon with contributions from Paul McCartney[1] and credited to Lennon/McCartney. It was first performed by The Beatles on Our World, the first ever live global television link. Broadcast to 26 countries and watched by 350 million people, the programme was broadcast via satellite on June 25, 1967. The BBC had commissioned The Beatles to write a song for the UK's contribution and this was the result. It is among the most famous and significant songs performed by the group. BEATLES-HEY BULLDOG

11 18th, 2008

A few years back Apple Corps discovered that film footage of the Beatles, that was used for a promo film for "Lady Madonna", was in fact footage of the Beatles recording "Hey Bulldog". It was shown on ABC's 20/20, but with Elizabeth Vargus talking over the entire piece!!! But thanks to the magic of non-linear editing I was able to place a recording of "Hey Bulldog" over the 20/20 piece. Enjoy
