   November 18th, 2008 at 21:01:20 so many restaurants have these same issues...I was in the lower east side around three in the morning when all the restaurants and bars are closed and it was like a tidal wave(not kidding) of rats running around the sidewalks on garbage cans etc. so you can imagine at night them running through all those closed restaurants dishes, tables, etc.

Here where I live there are several markets where you see the roaches freely around all the time, any time of the day, and nobody complains. It is disgusting. Should I mention the name of the markets here? I guess that eveyone in the island knows.
