    January 7th, 2009 at 22:33:51 yeah if you're using a cheap product or if you have sensitive skin or eyes. also if you don't wash it off at the end of the day, it causes a lot of irritation and the eyes go red. so it depends on the way it is used, how much is used and what brand is used.
