January 7th, 2009 at 21:04:50 Wow. You really can find pretty much ANYTHING on YouTube! I so totally remember this sketch!!!! I knew what exactly what the little girl (and her mother) would say before I watched this clip! Ha!!!! Where ever did you find this?
January 7th, 2009 at 21:27:49 Haha, I still think this to myself every time I make a grocery list... even if I don't buy a loaf o'bread, a container o'milk and a stick o'butter. LOL.
January 7th, 2009 at 21:50:48 so many childhood memories
January 7th, 2009 at 22:13:47 That has to be the dopest music ever. Sounds like some Bobbi Humphrey-type stuff.
January 7th, 2009 at 22:36:46 that is what my mom sent me to the store for,. LOL
January 7th, 2009 at 22:59:45 Because "loafa bread, containah o-milk, sticka butter" is just so much more fun to march along to, THAT's why!
January 7th, 2009 at 23:22:44 Don't quite got the same rhythm.
January 7th, 2009 at 23:45:43 heh.. I still find myself saying this to myself when I'm at the store!! Sesame Street has quite the impact on developing brains!
January 8th, 2009 at 00:08:42 pack of cigerettes, Pepsi, and a TV guide.
January 8th, 2009 at 00:31:41 why confuse the kid so much??, just say "bread, milk butter" how hard is that?
January 8th, 2009 at 00:54:40 Ive always thought she said a "potato" of milk too. Ha ha.

January 8th, 2009 at 01:40:38 Someone should a silly webtoon of that!
January 8th, 2009 at 02:03:37 That's true. Just that I sorta miss the breakability of glass I guess.
January 8th, 2009 at 02:26:36 Well, a plastic bottle can be considered a container.
January 8th, 2009 at 02:49:35 A POTATO OF MILK!
January 8th, 2009 at 03:12:34 This was the only thing I truly remember from sesame street growing up, along with abierto...cerrado
January 8th, 2009 at 03:35:33 If only I could trust my 12 year old to remember 3 things. :( haha
January 8th, 2009 at 03:58:32 If only those drums could be isolated!!!! Peace.
January 8th, 2009 at 04:21:31 Thanks, awesome! One of my big plans for this weekend is to watch all my Sesame DVDs. The accessibility of YouTube has made it too easy not to watch them, but for the record, I did buy them a while back!
January 8th, 2009 at 04:44:30 Yes.
January 8th, 2009 at 05:07:29 The clarity is beautiful. Did this come off one of the "Old School" DVDs?
January 8th, 2009 at 05:30:28 classic
January 8th, 2009 at 05:53:27 Nowadays they hardly sell them in cartons I've noticed. They usually come in plastic bottles. If they bother with cartons, they'd put a twist-off cap on them so you don't have to open a flap on the side, all in the name of convenience. I miss the old ways!
January 8th, 2009 at 06:16:26 At least you tried. In some ways, YouTube has made the world smaller whenever someone involved in a video comes out of the woods to says so!
