The GameTrailers comparison of the PS3 version to the 360 version is wrong! This video proves it! by just enabling RGB Full Range in Display Settings, the game will look the same as the 360 version.

Q) Is this only for HD displays or can it work on PAL tv's?
A) I'm sorry but these settings are only work on HDTV's via HDMI.
Q) Does this work on other games other than Assassins Creed?
A)It works on all games, some you shall notice a huge difference, others not alot.
I saw a big difference on Assassins Creed, Turok and some others.
It mainly shows well on Cross platform titles, but exclusives it doesn't show as much (like Uncharted) Since the develoupers have clearly optermised it for the PS3.

January 7th, 2009 at 21:36:45 Yeah, MGS4 is not for everyone, you do need plenty of time on your hands to play the game. That sucks though, I've not heard about any widespread problems with ps3's overheating. Mine works fine, though my xbox RROD'd recently I just got it back its fine so far. I havent actually written down the load times for either system, I was just saying that I havent noticed anything drastic on either. Thats odd though what you said about the half a dozen ps3's, thats really too bad.

I tried to play it, but they guy at the store said that the games freeze up because the system gets really hot...LMAO. & my 360 has a 65nm chipset, & 175W power supply...so so sorry no red ring of anything; runs cool as a cucumber (old one: 90nm & 203W). & as far as online, & load times. The games argument isnt even valid anymore because the ps3 has plenty of good games on it, such as Uncharted, MGS4, Ratchet and Clank, Resistance, Motorstorm...etc. There are excellent games on both systems, and I've noticed no excessive lag on either online service. Only difference really is that one I have to pay and the other I don't. BUT! THE PS3 DOES NOT HAVE DEAD RISING! :D
