    try leaning backwards when you throw higher kicks, if im just telling you something yo already know i apologize but i learned myself that when i lean back just a little bit i can get my leg up way higher....i know its kinda basic but a lot of people don't do it and just try to get their front leg up as high as possible if you watch a lot of videos when some people deliver a head kick, their own head is at waist level

    Don't worry. Basically being a boxer with leg kicks is a good way to go IMO. :)

    For low kicks, it's easy to rotate the leg and the hip but I have trouble for doing it when I practice middle and of course in high positions like the opponent's head. It's so hard to do the splits and working on it hurts too :s
