January 7th, 2009 at 22:29:49 This dudes a beast lol bet hes like 6.5 270 pounds of pure anger
January 7th, 2009 at 22:52:48 this dude is powerful and seems pretty knowledgeable but he's very loose with his technique. A good straight puncher would give him a lot of problems
January 7th, 2009 at 23:15:47 nothing BJJ cant handle
January 7th, 2009 at 23:38:46 the main part breath before you punch or kick. and when max said that you have to keep breathing to gain stamina lol.

January 8th, 2009 at 01:10:42 never back down is a great movie and i learned a lot from it. especially how to deal with girls
January 8th, 2009 at 01:33:41 True dat. I wear ankle weights for running and jumping exercises but not for kicking. Wearing weights on your extremities is great but it makes you very prone to hyperextending your joints, which can cause pain in the short term and debilitating damage in the long term. If you're gonna mix it up with weights, then wear a chest weight (that way you're not sacrificing any control but you still have extra resistance to deal with).
January 8th, 2009 at 01:56:40 That would be a bad idea. Very easy to injure yourself that way.
January 8th, 2009 at 02:19:39 wow amazing just like a movie "never back down" but i think i am down -.-",.. 5*
January 8th, 2009 at 02:42:38 lol made me laugh. XD
January 8th, 2009 at 03:05:37 Or really burn yourself down and wear weighted braces on your forearms and shins, that's always fun. :)
January 8th, 2009 at 03:28:36 I know I was tellin the guy what the sound was
January 8th, 2009 at 03:51:35 Oops... comment was for Superdart-
January 8th, 2009 at 04:14:34 Hold your breath fighting and it will be your last. Oxygen is the FUEL of the human body and without it, you will be rendered a helpless target unable to move. Every muscule in the body craves oxygen, working them means they will need even more. The sound you hear is because he is pushing air in and out, in sync with his movments as fast and hard as he can. As an added bonus, breathing in this way is also a fear tactic. I know it sounds stupid, but it's true. Most people do it without thinking.
January 8th, 2009 at 04:37:33 Plus, bursting exercises don't have to be a minute. Notice how this guy slows down after thirty seconds or so? It'd be better to start with fifteen second bursts and work your way up until you can go a whole minute (or longer) without slowing down.
January 8th, 2009 at 05:00:32 lol thats him breathing out when hes punching
January 8th, 2009 at 05:23:31 Do U know what they are for?
January 8th, 2009 at 05:46:30 Just me, but I'd think that "bursting" would be a series of quick moves executed to disrupt a blocking opponent so he loses his bearing, making it easier to trip them up?
January 8th, 2009 at 06:09:29 =D yay sound effects! "PSSSHH PSSS PSSSSHHHHHH PESSSSHHHHH!!!!"
