    Hey Dave, we dont't make fried chicken much. I've been encountering a problem. Whenever i put the flour covered chicken into the oil, the flour comes off leaving the chicken unbreaded. How do i fix this? ( i let the oil stop crackling before i put the chicekn in)

    Yeah I used a deep fryer with precise temperature control. It turned out great! My wife loved it :-)
